It's Magic

Something very magical happened over the weekend. It snowed! When I was a kid, I totally didn't understand where snow was coming from. Then one day we had a school assignment where we would write a story from a snowflakes point of view. Since I live in Wisconsin, I just imagined I landed on a few farms and hung out with cows and other snowflakes. Up until I properly learned how snowflakes were created, I was pretty sure they were magical little beings that went on wintery adventures.

My life is not without a bit of magic nowadays. It is 12-12-12 after all! I woke up with some awesome e-mails, had a good doctors appointment, and the weather is just absolutely gorgeous! Oh and yesterday I celebrated my third year of blogging and got a little gift from my biggest supporter. (thanks, mom!)

I love this outfit! And I am also painfully jealous of your snow. There is actually a pang in my stomach looking at all those magical flakes. Jealous jealous jealous!

You are too cute! And the snow is such a magical backdrop. Glad you had such a great 12-12-12! My mom called to wish me a magical day but it's been pretty average so far, haah! Good to know it was magic for you. :)

I love this outfit - i love the combo of the oversized heavy knit and floaty skirt. Not sure how I will replicate it yet, but I intend to figure that out!

Why thank you very much! Sorry your day was ordinary. But, hey, at least you can tell people you were alive on 12-12-12, right?

I know that feeling because I'm getting it, too. Our snow has completely melted! But hopefully more is on it's way. It wouldn't be Christmas without the white stuff! haha
