Gobble, Gobble

Yesterday was Thanksgiving. Our family spent it very low key - it was just mom, my sister, one of my brothers, and I. We ate, watched the Packers win the football game, and ended it with watching Planes, Trains, and Automobiles. I'm very thankful for the time we spent together and the fact that we are doing so in a new house! God has been SO good to us and it seems to be magnified in the last few months. I love it!

As far as my outfit goes, I think I topped myself from last year. My sister was kind enough to wear a dress and apparently she told the ladies around her work that, "My sister, Hannah, sets the dressing standards for our holidays. So I have to wear a dress." I'm glad I've made such an impact on her. :)

Outfit details - Lace top, $1 (thrifted) - Skirt (Seventh Avenue) - Heels, ? (Payless old) - Tights, ? (bought last season.. Shop-Ko?) - Jewelry (handmade)

Oh, I love your Thanksgiving outfit! The lace in your blouse is so pretty, and it looks wonderful with your skirt. I'm so glad you had a nice, peaceful Thanksgiving (just as it should be!)
Your comment on my last post really made me smile by the way. I'm so glad to have gotten to know you through blogging as well, Hannah :)
