The Paper Doll Project

This week I stepped outside my proverbial box and participated in The Paper Doll Project that is put on by Suze of Miss Vinyl Ahoy.
I was really lucky and got teamed up with a season pro, Bekah from Matters of Merrymaking. (she was also my inspiration for joining!)
I chose a skirt that I wasn't sure how to style and Bekah jumped on the challenge. She paired it with things in my closet that I wouldn't have thought and really got me to step out of my box by pairing the seersucker with leopard print. It's a pretty cool mix, huh?
Thanks, Bekah!
Oh and drumroll please... head over to Bekah's blog to check out what I dressed her in. And while you're checking out new blogs, see who else joined in on the paper doll fun!

Outfit details - Skirt, $4 (thrifted) - Tank top, $2.50 (Old Navy, old) - Leopard print cardigan, $3 (thrifted) - Necklace $1 (Bargain Depot) - Sneakers, $10 (Wal-Mart) - Belt, $1.25 (thrifted)

I have heard of this project but never really knew much about it, but what a great idea ... Although I think I would be a little scared to be dressed by someone else (eek!). BTW just dropping by to say hi from the Indie Blogger conference (yep, only getting round to it now!). Would be lovely if you could drop by my blog  & say hi ...
Hope you having a beautiful weekend!

This is so Suze and I love it on you! The leopard and stripes is fun, and the big bead necklace is amazing compliment to it all. I need to get back into doing the Paper Doll Project. It's such a fun idea.
