What's the point of giving out advice if you're really not going to adhere to it yourself? A lot of times, things are easier said than done. I've totally been there. But now that I blog so much about life, I find myself saying a lot things. Things I want to do or a way I want to act. In real life, I can get away with saying that stuff out loud and most people would forget about it pretty fast. But here, my words are immortal (as as immortal as the internet is) so I really gotta watch what I say. This is not only true for a blog but for any social site. Facebook, I'm lookin' at you!
In an effort not to fall into that pattern of not listening to myself, I took a cue from
my own post and mixed together lace & polka dots. I think it's a super subtle way to pattern mix. But nothing I do is subtle so of course I threw another pattern in my hair via this scarf. I may skip over my own
life advice but I'm darn set on following my own
fashion advice!
